This is suddenly the hot topic. There's a thread on this over on the money & services forum:

I personally would not trust it.

I did a search for bad credit home loans and north capital equity group offered me a loan. They wanted money upfront and didn't bother to ask questions about my job or anything else. That should have raised a flag but I was so excited about them loaning me the money I didn't think about anything else. I should have when he told me that the offer would expire two weeks after he first contacted me. Then after I saw your question on them, I decided to look them up with the BBB. On their rating scale of A - F, North Capital got an F. A complaint was filed against them with the BBB regarding the terms of their loans not being fully disclosed. Check it out. I reconsidered my loan with them. I need to get a loan but not that bad!

Don't do it. I did send him money and they sent me a contract. They then turned around and the "customer service manager" called and said the lender could not get insurance and that they needed more money. I had so much invested that I sent him more and was promised that it would be there. Then I call the next morning when the money was not there and they said the lender backed out. They then advised that they had found another lender offering more money but needed more money. Told the guy that they had put me in more debt... my bank account was then closed and they told me I had to wait until March 31 to get a refund. I was desprite and now I am worse off than ever.
