    What will happen if I let the house go back in Washington state
    I have been struggling to pay a house in Washington, and now the payments went up another 500 dollars a month, I am going to just walk away. What will happen

    Hello a:

    You'll be sued for the difference between what you owe and what they sell the house for. Your credit will be ruined.

    I'd try to sell it or negotiate with them.
