I have a 2 of 3 year old Select State Water Heater that I can not get to reset. I live in a Condo so I don't see any fuse buttons. Whatelse could be the problem?

As well as the circuit breaker in the panel you also have another. This is a red reset button on the top thermostat. Remove the upper inspection plate to see.
I would also like to know what blew the breaker in the first place.
Let me know what you find out. Tom
