    Yes if you are not paying on time. They will sue and get a judgemet, so depending on where you live they can garnish wages, freeze bank accounts and more

    I live in the state of Texas are they by law able to garnish wages?

    This is a bank of america credit card I was laid off 2.5 years ago and it 's that I couldn't afford it from making $125,000 plus to ending up with 50,000 dollar job which I'm falling behind more cause I was laid off a monyh ago. Tex. Unemployment $400.00 a week . Do the math
