    If you do some searchs on the forum you will see we still don't know what celebrities are using.The only thing I believe they use for sure is chemical peels and maybe retin a.
    Also what's your current complexion ?
    What is your goal?
    Btw I don't know anything permanent, some last longer but you still need to use something to maintain and add good sun protection.
