    My husband and I are divorcing he is on spouse visa what will happen to his stay?
    My husband and I are divorcing he is on spouse visa in uk. He had the papers alleged of adultery. We have a five year old son. His visa finish June 2011. What will happen to his stay? I applied for residence and prohibited order also what are the possibilites this will bs granted by the judge?

    If he already got ILR, he has the right to stay...

    He is on temporaly visa he has not been given indefinte leave.is this your question?

    He failed the uk test feb 2009. I have applied for temporarly extension of his visa.he was granted a year which expires on June 2011.but now we are divorcing and decree nise will be pronounce by judge in two weeks time.
