    How to report a person who used an american citizen to get into the states
    I got married this person and we enter good faith this marriage at leas that is what I thought, but with time I discovered he was having profiles possing as a single man in dating websites and also had been contacting people in the area. I decided to check him his emails and chat messengers where I discovered he was promissing marry to someone else and plans of honeymoon... I understand now he used me to get legal status in USA.. Is there anyway I can report him or to get immigration to takes his papers away but not only that I would like him not to be able to come back to the States at all Never... anybody please help me?

    If his case has not yet been approved, withdraw the petition and send in detailed information as to the fraud. If already approved, call ICE US Immigration and Customs Enforcement to report and send in detailed information about the fraud. Report suspicious activity

    Notify Immigration AND file for divorce.
