    Setting shower on cement
What is the simpliest way / right way, to set and plumb a shower on a cement floor. I have everything in place, approximately 8" under cement, in sand, which is a 2" PVC (white) horizontal to the cement floor. Do you glue a P trap on and how high from the top of the P trap do you extend the 2" PVC up to the shower drain.
