    Contractor unlimited EPA lic to purchase freon
    I have my unlimited Contractor EPA lic. but lost my wallet.. How do get a replacement card/lic..

    You should contact the agency that you took the test from OR contact the EPA. As long as you took the test there will be a record. Then you will have to prove to them you are who your say you are. Usually a photo copy of your driver's license along with a notarized statement.

    There might be other requirements also since the rule does change from time to time.
