Ok I went and checked what you told me.

1 the cel comes on and goes back off after 2 seconds.

    2 the main relay clicks

3 immediately after the relay clicks the cel comes right back on. My friends says he can hear the fuel pump. But I didn't. So were do I go from here.

    Thanks

Disconnect the connector from the MAP Sensor. With the ignition turned to ON, check for 5 volts between the MAP Sensor connector reference wire (+) and the main ECM ground on the thermostat housing. As you look at the connector, the reference wire is the socket on the right. Tell me what voltage you record. Really press the black test lead into the ground.

We had the same problem and it turned out to be a bundle of ground wires located by the starter someone had done a prior repair and did not bolt the bundle back down, maybe to the thermostat? But it did the same thing.
