    I reside in Texas and would like to have an individuals wages garnished and need help
    I would like to know how to go about garnishing someone's wage. I won the case in court but now I need to know how to go about actually getting my money.

    Texas does not normally allow wage garnishments, they have fairly consumer protective laws.

    Where you can garnish, the court where you won the money would issue it, after you file for it, providing the name and place where he works.
