    Can another state garnish my Tennessee tax return?
    We are currently working with CA to pay our back taxes, in the Installment agreement it says they will attach any state and federal taxes refunds we are due. We now live in Tenn... can this part of the agreement be enforced here or does it just pertain to Ca?

    It would be real difficult for California to attach your Tennesee state income tax refund since Tennessee has NO state income tax.
