    Isit common for the exhaust back pressure to go mine has gone though two in two years

I've just purchased a 2007 Ford F-250 powerstroke. All the forums I've been to, I can't find anything about 07 6.0 powerstrokes. Can anyone help me out with this. Can I expect problems, or has Ford fixed most of the bugs.

I thought I purchased bad fuel, seemed to be collceting water but sensor never came on, truck would practically shut down, drain water and start back up and run fine, changed filters, dropped tank off and cleaned it. Still doesn't seem to have the power it did.
