    My Wife
My question is I am a faithful man getting weak.My wife has gotten lazy and when she does things its always half a_ _ . I love her and talk to her about it and she just doesn't seem to understand. I am 51 and she is 47. I have told her I am thinking about moving out because I can't come home and raise my teenagers and adult also. That pisses her off.but its true. She has gained weight from laying around.I have offered to get us in marriage counseling and she says no we don't need it and I need to lighten up.But after working really hard all day I really don't think there is any thing wrong with me expecting the dishes to be washed and the laundry done and put away.I do all this myself on the weekends I am off to get things caught up.My son came to me the other day and said dad why don't you just move out and still be married he is 16. I also have two step daughter that are the same way one lays around with her she cleans when she feels like it the other step daughter is 20 and she is never there. She stays mostly with her girl friends when its not a work night for her.I have now started getting to the point that I don't even want to have sex with her.Its just hard to want to have sex with some one when they know how hard you work and just doesn't do there part most of the time.AT night when I get home I clean the kitchen iron my sons and my cloths take a shower and get ready for the next work day.On weekend I clean house and catch things up while she reads her books. She will help me if I ask most of the time but gets attitudes.Besides I shouldn't have to ask her to help me she knows I work 40 to 60 hours a week so I feel this would be something a blind person could pick up on.I am not trying to trash my wife here. I am trying to get advice on what to do about it.And please for give my crapping spelling I wasn't ever that good in spelling.
    Thanks

It sure sounds like an imblance of responsibilities here. But, I have a few questions.

How long has she been this way, and has she otherwise been a good housekeeper, mother and wife?

Are there any substance abuse issues, or is she on any medication, or have any health problems?

This might even be symptomatic of menopause.

When is the last time she's had a checkup. There could be underlying medical issues that are not diagnosed.

If this is a sudden change in her behaviour and attitude, and she isn't talking, or making changes, my instinct tells me there is something wrong that she may not even be aware of herself.
