    CAN MY FORM 485 without proof citizenship
    My spouse is waiting for is second interview at the immigration. He forgot to bring his selective service number. It has been more than 90 days since the first interview. Can I file both my i130 and 485 while I wait for the naturalization certificate?

    No, you must wait for the approval of the naturalization and the natz certificate. Any filing now will be accepted for filing, the filing fee checks cashed and then your case denied.
