Please, please take him to a vet!!
If you were in terrible pain, would you post a question to us to ask us what you should do? NO, you would go to a doctor!

Talk to your vet about a payment plan. There is a sticky here on tips to lower your vet bills, check it out.
This is going to sound harsh, but if you can't afford to give your dog proper vet care, then he needs to go to someone who can.
Time to shut off the internet so you can afford to take your dog to the vet. There is always ways to cut costs, and this animal who depends on you deserves proper medical care.

Then call a vet and work out a barter or some kind of a deal to pay for his services. Vets will do that because they do not want to know animals are suffering. Please do not continue to allow your dog to be miserable. If only the whites are showing in his eyes, he is in pain!

If you absolutely cannot-no-way take him to the vet try and keep him off that leg as much as possible.
Do you have a crate?
With injured dogs, especially with their legs it's important to let them get as much rest as possible, so crating them for a day or so is the best thing you can do.
Hopefully he has just pulled a muscle, but I will warn you it could be a lot worse.
Have a look at the sticky at the top of the dog section on lowering vet costs. Best one in your case would be to ask your vet if there is any way they can work out a payment plan for you so you can pay the bill back in installments.

I don't have internet are cable in my home. All I was looking for was help on trying to get his pain down until tomorrow when I got paid and I can bring him to his vet. But no every one on here once to pass judgement and tell me what I should do. And how I should cut cost in my home. I cut cost the best I can and when I can. This is the first time that I had my dad that I didn't have the money right a way to bring him to a vet and I hate it. But when it comes to my son and my dog I will all ways put my son first.

While I agree pain medication would help, I would not recommend giving a dog any sort of medication, especially human drugs without consulting a vet first.
If you were to give him any medication it would be buffered children's aprin, not plain Advil.

I aM sorry that it sounded like I was passing judgment, I can understand no having money, and I can definitely understand putting your child first. What I can not understand is animal suffering.
Anyway you didn't say in your post that you were waiting until paYday, you said you didn't have the money period. I am glad you are able to get him to see the vet.
And sorry for the misunderstanding, sometimes I let my emotions get in the way of normal thought process. Sometimes I lack the tact that many others have.
Hope your dog gets better soon! Hope you will keep us updated.

You should still keep him rested, don't let him walk around, if you have to crate him like Shaz suggested.

If the asprin made him feel better he's not out of the woods but it is a good sign.
Just make sure he stays rested until his vet visit or until he is back to normal whichever comes first.
Good luck.

Good on keeping him rested, and thank you for consulting with your vet about the PROPER medication to give.
Be VERY wary of advice over the internet, especially when it comes to medication. While I'm sure the previous poster meant well when they advised you to give Advil, Ibuprophen can be (and is) toxic to many dogs, even in a small dose.

My comment got chopped off - you could NOT be more wrong. If you don't believe what has been said here, here's the link and the quote: "Q: What about other drugs, like TylenolŪ and AdvilŪ?
A: In a word, NO for both of the above. Tylenol is fatal to cats. Neither drug (acetaminophen and ibuprofen, respectively) is routinely used for arthritis. (These drugs may be prescribed for your dog by your vet, but only under close supervision and careful dosing.)"
