    Received and paid gasoline and oil bill for truck? Accrual method
    How do I record the accounting transaction: received and paid gasoline and oil bill for truck (accrual method) I can use miscellaneous or maintenance expenses?

    Debit Misc Expense(or other appropriate account) for the amount paid
    Credit Cash for the amount paid
