Can you recommend a good internet/phone/TV company?
Is a package deal the best way to go, when you need the internet, a land-line phone and TV service? If so, who would you recommend and how much does it cost? Do they have to come to the house?

Need karma is right. I have one main company in my area. And then a friend of mine lives just one county over and the companies there are totally different. Farther up north, there's mostly one popular company for all of the counties I'd lived in. do you know what's available in your company? It also depends on what services you actually need. I only need internet. So for me, a package deal would be silly.

Richmond, CA; I need all 3 services; TV/Internet/phone. AT&T offers all 3 for $97/mo. w/one time activation fee $22, free installation. This price is good for 1 year.

Who can recommend me a good read? [ 8 Answers ]

On Easter Weekend, I am flying up north. I will be spending 3 hours in the airport prior to the flight, in the air for an hour, then back in the airport for another two hours. So, I would like something good and short to read. I was an English major in college, so I've pretty much read all the...

Recommend good books [ 7 Answers ]

I have had trouble lately finding good books to read. I wondered if anyone could recommend books they like. Lately I have enjoyed books with kind of depressing plots, with angst, attempted suicide and distraught friends, but I like happy endings. But I don't like to restrict myself to one genre,...
