New water heater not giving hot water
My water heater was not giving hot water, I replaced it with the same 30 gallon and still I get no hot water maybe some for about 8 minutes then it turns cold. I also had an electrician check and he said electrical in house is fine and that the water heater was getting juice. The plumber came back and raised the temp he said the elements were 4500 on both elements. What can be wrong
