I'm trying to rehook up the kitchen sink pvc trap to the old copper drain pipe but the connector doesn't fit tight enough and the water links out. Any ideas how to stop this leak?

Or can I use a regular 90 deg elbow? Also, I've been trying to figure out what kind of shot-off valves to use for the toilet and sinks. I'm assuming an angle valve but not sure which ones are for what type hoses. Do I need to stub out with a threaded nipple that the valve screws onto? Jeeez, so...

We replaced a vanity top and sink with a new vanity top having an integrated sink. The new sink is offset horizontally about 1 inch from the old one. Turns out the old sink was at the limit for trap reach; the new one is over further still, so it seems impossible to line up the j-bend portion...

Putting in a new sink in bathroom and the J tube isn't quite long enough. Also, the wall pipe fits the J tube, but the drain is too small of a diameter.
