Ligament damage-no one to take care of
Y'day my hubby fell down from the bus and his ankle got a bad swell. He got an x-ray. No fracture but the doc said there is a small ligament damage which can be major if not taken care of. He has been asked to rest for a week.
my concern is that there is no one to take care of him. I am with my mom at present(delivered 7+ weeks bac). Hubby is 12hrs away by road. Since I can't go to him, I asked him to take a flight and come here. He is not ready to do that. He says he'l be fine. I am very worried. One of my friend was careless when he had a ligament damage. He had to get a surgery and had to rest for 6months. M finding it hard to concentrate on the baby. I am worried about him. I am feeling scared for no reason. I have always been scared about his health when I am away from him.
help me,, is there anything I can do?

OO first answer. Okay my mom has the same problem. Its anxiety attacks. Hell if you find the solution let me know. Simple. Don't be scared (wow good answer dude) Run on a treadmill till you're too tired to be prancing around in your living room. Do some pushups. Laugh a little. Jump around, get rid of that energy, and when you're tired as hell give him a call. You're fine. Trust me you're just loving and awesome. Wow for a first answer I think I might have set the bar a little low. But whatever. Stay frosty.
