    Can I say "no" if" have you ever been charged/convicted"
    I have been charged but not convicted and the charge was withdrawn , what should I say If asked" have I ever been charged/convicted"
    Will the immigration canada find every detail of my back ground

    You must disclose all info even you're not convicted.

    If they ask have you ever been convicted, it is no,

    If they ask have you ever been charged or convicted, you were charged, so ou say you were but it was dismissed
