    Where do I file for divorce
    I have a legal separation in Iowa from my husband (10 yrs ago). I now want to file for divorce so I can remarry. I now live in Georgia & he is still in Iowa. My question is can I now file in Georgia or must I file in Iowa?

    If you have lived in Georgia for over 90 days you should be able to file here
