    80 hour alcohol test
    Idrank from sat till 2am sun I had to do a ua at 11am tues morning it was sent in and I was told it can go back up to 3 days I'm scard will I test positive ?I have a hight tolarence for alcohol and that's bad

    I drank sat till sun till 2am I had a pee teat at 11am on tue I was told it can go back three days what are my chances of this comeing back positive.

    In a research setting EtG testing has detected alcohol "up to" 80 hours, so the promotional literature of many testing laboratories emphasize. Realistically this applies only in very extreme levels of intoxication and then only in certain individuals. The only naturalistic study of this technology found the maximum time span to be around 48 hrs.

    Individuals with a history of heavy alcohol consumption also metabolize alcohol faster, providing no liver damage, than infrequent drinkers.

    In any particular case, you in particular, there is no way of telling. Certainly, you're standing too close to the fire.

    I agree with Dr Bill. Next time, stop drinking well before the UA...

    And you might want to consider looking into a program to help you with what sounds like a drinking problem.

    I guess you are taking a UA because you are not suppose to be drinking?? Then honesty why do you take the risk.

    But you have to wait and see now.
