    Divorce
I have been married four 10 years but my ex wife's name is the only name on the deeds to our house. We are currently going through a divorce. My question is: am I still entitled to a reasonable share of our assets? I live in tasmania, australia. Thank you.

I'm confused - you have a current wife and are in the process of divorcing and also have an ex-wife whose name is on the deed?

What was the property distribution when you and your "ex" divorced?

Im sorry that I have confused you. We are not yet divorced, I meant my ex, not my ex wife as I have only applied for a divorce recently and she hasn't returned the papers yet. So there is no property settlement curently under way. I'm just wondering what I'm entitled too? Thanks.
