    From What age can babies visit they're fathers
    I need to know what an unmarried mothers rights are for visitation to thy're Fathers, Especially if the baby is still small (5 months) From what age is it save!

    Unles you can prove that the father is a danger to the child it is safe from the time they are born. The child is half the father's and half the mother's. Have you been to court to have a support and visitation ordered? I mean I don't know about you but my husband has as much to do with our children from the time they are born as I do. Just because you aren't married doesn't make him less of the father. Now if you are talking about over night visits some states have laws that prevent over night visitation until the child reaches 12 months old. If you want better answeres you will have to provide more information like your state and why you don't think the father should be able to visit with their father.
