It has just struck me there might be some web sites I could go see lists of properties whose tax bill has not been paid. If anybody knows any I'd be appreciative to know what they are.

I wish there was, in our county they don't have them the same time each year, the clerks in the tax office can't tell you what paper they will be listed in for the next year.

So you figure what areas you want to buy in, and get the address and phone number and you call them and ask them when their next sale will be. A few counties may have them posted, but most do nothing more than required by law, posting in a news paper in the legal section. And normally a posting at th court house
