    How far does a criminal conviction stands applying for a fast food place
    I recently paroled from a California Prison and Iwould like to know how long will my conviction remind on my record? Because I am having a difficult time looking for employment.

    So far as Im aware it stays on forever unless you gained a pardon or you were a minor when it occurred and you can get it sealed.

    Your conviction will be on your record for the rest of your life, it will effect some jobs forever, esp ones requireing some state licnese and fields like health care.

    Hi, donald daring!

    What were you convicted of, please? It would be helpful to know that. For instance, McDonalds does have at least one restricition for people convicted of a certain type of offence.
