Hi, I have been married almost 2 yrs. We have been waiting for the approval from immigration almost 8 months already. Meanwhile my husband (Us Citizen) got the job in the other state and has met someone else there. I didn't move there with him because I am still in a nursing program and plan to relocate after I finish the program. Now I met someone. I would like to know if I want to get divorce and marry with someone else. Is it possible I cancel all these paperwork and start new paperwork with my new man?
