I have a non-paying Boarder in my house
I rent a room in my house and the tenant is not paying rent. He was 2 weeks late last month and now 2 weeks late this month. My bills are pilling up and I believe he has a gambling problem. If I need to how do I remove a non-paying boarder or roommate in the state of Virginia. I do have a 6 month lease with the person.
