    Coulis/Coulee preparation
    When preparing a Coulis/Coulee for a dessert topping, should it be diluted when purchased in a concentrated form, and if so, by how much? I recently poured a small neat amount over Ice Cream and suffered a Stomach upset. Some advice would be appreciated.
