    Taxes and child support

    Is there a way some one can avoid paying taxes when he ows back child support

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    One thing has nothing to do with the other. You pay taxes on your income, not what you pay out.
