    Inheritances in louisiana-
    If a married couple had individual checking accounts and separate savings accounts and spent their money as they pleased. She saved he gave to his children and wound up broke. Doe she have to give his children half of hers?

    OK, I assume that someone is dying ? Did she die, or did he die/

    Where there any joint names on the accounts are are each account in each others name
