    This is not Jeopardy - care to share more info, such as model number, exact problem such as fills up and doesn't drain, fills up and freezes, whatever the problem may be?

    Sorry, this is my first time on the site and obviously I didn't know how it worked when I first signed on! It is model 665 about 13 years old. After the wash cycle, the water did not drain.
