One of the company director was serve with default judgment and later serve with notice of bankruptcy. Can he continue to be a director of the company or is he required to vacate his position and if he refuse to resign what action can be taken on him.

What are the bylaws of the coporation he words for, assuming you mean personal judgement and personal bankruptcy, or is it company jdugements and bankrutpcy?

But there is no requirement that he step down because of either, unless the company itself has rules to that effect.

If there are rules or if the board of directors of the company wish, they may follow the rules of procedure as written in the company rules to remove him
