    Where can I get courts martial records
    Looking to obtain a copy of a Summary Courts Martial in Europe shortly after VE day. Where can I get a copy as this should be public record under the FOIA but I don't know where to go?

    It is possible that some records that old may not even exist any longer. And of course since this is legal paper work, you wlll need a interest in the case to get a copy of it. You should contact the legal department of the agency they belonged to
