My son gave consent for the mom to leave the county less than 6 months ago. He is now deployed and she is trying to get full custody and more child support while he is away. It is evident she is trying to distance herself and alienate the child from the father, he wants her back in San Diego county where the case is right now regrets giving her consent. She is in Hemet.

Also the fact he is no longer living in that area may be a factor also, as to the time frame for him to return there.

Chilld support is based on income, so if since the original hearing, his income has increased, there may be reason for more support
