    Honda civic oil pump problems
    Oil light comes on stalled once mech says it might need new oil pump for 750 dollars

    Could also be low oil, a leak... or a number of other things. Have the codes read and then go from there. What year is it? Are there any other symptoms?

    Good Luck (With a repair that pricey, I'd also recommend a second opinion)
