Help with federal tax return with a Dual status
I went to USA from China in August, 2003 as a student (F1) and left from USA in August, 2009. I was still F1 in 2008 and then I used OPT in 2009. In order to get the federal tax return, which form (1040?1040c?) should I fill? Thanks a lot.
