    IRS claim for parent stay
    My mother stayed with me for 5 months with me.approx 150 days. Will her stay be considered in getting tax emption for me? If so , please let me know the process and procedure to be followed while tax filing.

    No you can not claim your mother unless she is a U.S. citizen or resident.
