    I have the instructions ,but I still don't know what part might be bad.I am leaning towards flame sensor.what do you think?code says flame been sensed when no flame should be present.

    In the above post you did not mention you had the W/R directions and that is why I posted them so you could read them over. I feel you are on the right track but do not forget to test the conductor for the sensor also.

    conductor for the sensor also

    It is a piece of special insulated wire for the connection of the flame sensor to the board. Good luck.
