Can somebody tell me if I'm a resident alien ?
Can somebody tell me if I'm a resident alien ?

    - F-1 Visa, Undergraduate, Didn't work in school, Year: 1998 - 2002
    - F-1 Visa, Graduate, Working in school, Year: 2007 - Current

Both undergraduate and graduate schools are in Atlanta, Georgia.

    Thank you

PS. Total years of stay in US are more than enough to become a resident-alien.

My concern is there is a break between the year of 2002 and 2007. And, I was an undergraduate student from 1998 - 2002.

If undergraduate nor the break does not matter, then I will be a resident alien.
