    2001 dodge diesel problems
I have a 2001 dodge diesel, has 220000 miles. It is now has starting problems in the morning. After starting, there is no problems the rest of day. Often, while driving, the engine will shut down. If I am going 60+ mph it will restart before it comes to a stop, I guess because it has a manual transmission. I have changed all the fuel and air filters several time but does not help.

Since it shuts down while driving, check for codes. Start using full-synthetic HDDO--really helps starting in the winter and protects against costly turbo repairs.
