When I turn on computer message is "Warning: immediately backup your data and replace your hard disk drive. A failure is imminent.
    Press F1 to continue

After pressing F1 button, laptop does nothing and then reboots itself over and over.
Should I replace the WDbevs600-22lato-(S1) drive or is there something else?

Replacing the drive will likely resolve the issue. However, there is also a slim chance (very slim) the drive is OK and there is another problem, like a drive controller issue. Replace the drive and see if any issues persist. If you have data on the drive that needs to be saved, it is sometimes possible to put the drive in another machine and pull the data off before the drive completely fails. Minimizing the power-on time of the drive until this can be done improves the chances. If the drive has completely failed, a data recovery company would be needed.
