    H1b and H4 filing
    Hi

    Can I file as jointly status as my wife is on H4? But she does not have a ITIN just an ssn rejection. Can I still apply jointly or else is it single?

    Yes, you can file joint return. Attach W-7 (ITIN application) with your tax return. H1-B tax filing: Your U.S. Tax Return: The U.S. Visas
