    Toto flapper body seal
    Rubber seal beneath 3" flapper body, what direction does it install. New tank originally (2/5/2010) leaked around housing at tank. CST743

    See the image below if it leaks from the flapper seat you need to replace the flush valve assembly, or return the tanks and replace it with a new one, Good luck.

Question and problem: Basement was plumbed for a future bath. Cut off cap from3 inch pvc, threw a bucket of waterinto pipe and it went away. Put on flange and installed new , top of line TOTO toilet. Filled tank with water. Flushed and water filled bowel. Did not go down for over an hour....
