Can child support for non adopted children
My wife and I are going to be getting a divorce she has 2 children that I never adopted. Their biological father is supposed to pay but does not. Would I be required to pay child support. We currently live in PA

Please pay more attention to posting guidelines. There is a Read First sticky in the Divorce forum (where this was moved from) that directs questions of a legal nature to this forum.

If you never adopted the children, especially if there is a support order against the legal father, then you should not be required to pay support for them.
