    Gas log pilot light
    I can't get my gas log pilot to light. I can get it to cone on initially but when I turn the knob to "on" the pilot goes out. Any answers?:confused:

    Does the pilot look all yellow and ugly? If so, th epilot may need to be cleaned out. Not just blown with a air gun... I mean taken apart, clean air hole and orifice.. then put back and try... same issue occurs then I'd start looking at the thermocouple/pile.
