My friend is 16 and his hands are always sweating. Every time you shake his hand, its just constant sweat. Its not as if it comes and goes , its all the time. Any thoughts?

If you research sweaty palms on the internet, you will find that there are various creams and powders you can use to try and control it. There is even surgery that doctors do on what is called, "hyperhidrosis". Just Google "sweaty palms" and take your pick with your friend on the cure. Until then, he could just discreetly learn how to wipe his hand on his clothes before shaking someone's hand.

I know how your friend feels... I have constatly sweaty hands too. Just wiping your hand on it clothes doesn't make it any better. Trust me on this. Not to be mean, but you guys don't know how it feels to live with sweaty palms. It is so embarrassing and we get teased all the time. It is just so easy for someone who doesn't know what your friend is going through to just say wipe your hand or use cream. I've tried many home remedys and it didn't work. I just learned to live with it. Usually, teens have sweaty hands because they are going through puberty. I know many people who have told me that they had sweaty palms when they were a teen and they grew out of it. So my advice... Don't worry about your friends hands. If he has a problem he will ask you about it. And don't say anything about them! It's so embarrassing when people notice! It's better to just shake his hand and just wipe your hand off... It's just sweat.. U will live
