Loud music in club, hearing loss?
I hate going to clubs, reason being the loud noise, it was deafening, but peer-pressure, anyway, I went yesterday and have been having muffled hearing/pinging noises in my ears today, I think my ears are recuperating, but, I wanted to know if I should wear plugs in the ear or just let it be... any other suggestions also welcome.

Sudden & sustained exposure to loud noise is known to cause damage to the ear. Ear pugs would have been useful AT the nightclub not now.
Your ear is somewhat concussed right now and hopefully it should recover on its own.
Remember it is the thumps from the sub woofers that cause the most damage.
